Doctor of Medicine | Physical Medicine Location: Jacksonville Beach, FL Employer: Curative Pay: $300,000 to $600,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Interventional Pain Management Opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida Build a high-volume, highly procedural Interventional Pain practice in Jacksonville, Florida, with the autonomy, flexibility, and earning potential to shape your practice around the way you want to work. This physician-led group offers strong patient demand, modern in-office procedural capabilities, and a supportive team designed to maximize physician efficiency. With experienced clinical and administrative support and APPs managing routine follow-up care, you can spend more of your time focused on procedures and new patient evaluations. Practice Overview: Physician-led practice with a team of six providers and dedicated clinical and administrative support In-office procedures across all locations with plenty of fluoro and C-Arm access Flexibility to structure your schedule to your liking APPs manage follow-ups so you can stay focused on procedures and new patients Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm No call and no weekends Split schedule between procedures and clinic to maintain consistent volume Flexibility to adjust workflow based on your preferences Compensation and Benefits: Base salary (bi-weekly) with 40 percent of collections and no practice overhead deductions Additional quarterly bonuses tied to overall practice contribution Sign-on and relocation support available Candidate Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Fellowship training in Interventional Pain preferred but not required Comfortable with procedural volume and minimally invasive techniques Eligible for Florida medical licensure Community and Location Highlights: Coastal lifestyle with easy access to beaches and outdoor activities Variety of housing options from established neighborhoods to newer developments Popular areas include Ponte Vedra, Riverside, and Jacksonville Beach Access to strong schools and a mix of urban and suburban living Open to a quick conversation to walk through the volume, schedule, and what your earning potential could look like here?
