Job description
SSM Health is launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic inside the Chesterfield YMCA, designed with a strong focus on Senior Care and seamless team-based support. The clinic, which opened in January 2026, serves one of the most sought-after communities in the St. Louis metro.

Days: Monday-Friday

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care with a special emphasis on Senior Care , partnering closely with the embedded care team to improve access, coordination, and outcomes
Help establish and grow the clinic's patient panel in a high-demand market

Qualifications
MD/DO, board-eligible/board-certified in a primary care discipline
