Doctor of Medicine | Psychiatry - General/Other Location: Hickory, NC Employer: Curative Pay: $335,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Child & Adolescent Psychiatry | Western North Carolina Step into an established community behavioral health program offering long-term career growth, leadership potential, and broad clinical variety across child, adolescent, and adult populations. Practicing alongside a multidisciplinary team of four psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and a clinical psychologist, you will help drive program expansion in a supportive environment. This full-time position in Western North Carolina pairs high guaranteed earnings with federal loan forgiveness eligibility. Practice Details Full-spectrum psychiatry serving child, adolescent, and adult patients Integrated inpatient and outpatient model Team of four psychiatrists, APPs, and a psychologist Program built for growth with leadership opportunities available Schedule Inpatient rounding starts at 8:30 am, outpatient clinic mid-day Early wrap-up on Fridays Structure designed to be sustainable long-term Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary starting at $335,000 30 days PTO plus 5 CME days and a $5,000 annual CME allowance Eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) About Western North Carolina The foothills between Charlotte and Asheville offer mountain views, hiking, affordable housing, and excellent schools.
