Leadership role shaping the next generation of behavioral health services for the region Oversee integration of behavioral health services across two affiliated health systems Influence clinical program development and service-line strategy across all care settings Lead design of new psychiatric emergency program and outpatient behavioral health center Board-certified psychiatrist with fellowship in Child or Addiction Psychiatry required Minimum 7 years of medical director experience at a large academic system preferred Healthcare Administration degree preferred; strong leadership and collaboration skills essential No visa sponsorship available; located in the Finger Lakes Region of New York Our services are free for you We help negotiate your salary and contract We coordinate interviews and help with licenses Specialized recruiters match your career preferences Experienced support teams take care of every detail Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
