Doctor of Medicine | Psychology Location: San Diego, CA Employer: The Inline Group Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Opsam Health - Full Time Hours:FT: Monday - Friday (8-5) Employed Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation: $120,000.00 Benefits: - Vacation: 20 vacation days annually. - Sick Leave: Employees receive 40 hours of sick leave per year, separate from vacation time. - Paid Holidays: We provide 8 paid holidays annually. - Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage Medical, dental, and vision coverage begin automatically on your first day of employment. We offer three HMO plans and one PPO plan for medical coverage. - Disability insurance - Retirement Plans - We offer a 401(k) retirement plan with a 3% employer match to help you plan for your future. - Continuing Medical Education (CME) Physicians: Eligible for 5 CME days annually with an allowance of $3,500. Nurse Practitioners: Eligible for 5 CME days annually with an allowance of $3,000. Additional Info: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Therapist to join our dynamic team at Opsam Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing SUD services, hold licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist, and be passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to underserved populations.
