About the Position Pulmonologist | Outpatient Private Practice | Hudson Valley, NY $375K first-year compensation (including sign-on) | 4x10 schedules welcome | Subspecialties encouraged
A physician-owned multispecialty group in the Hudson Valley is seeking a Pulmonologist to join its team. With a strong community reputation, an established referral base, and collaborative, long-tenured colleagues, the practice offers the chance to build a lasting career in an outpatient setting where you have time to care for your patients.
Practice Overview You'll join a physician-owned, multispecialty group with established referral relationships and long-tenured providers Outpatient pulmonary focus with complex, high-acuity patients (including ventilator-dependent and hospital-to-home transitions) Dedicated MA support plus APP coverage for routine cases so you can focus on higher-complexity care Efficiency tools available (dictation and scribe options) within a modern EHR workflow Schedule Mon-Fri outpatient schedule with no nights or weekends. You can also alter your start time, and 4, 10's are also welcomed Minimum 37-patient contact hours/week with an average daily census around 25 Primary clinic in New Windsor with about 1 day/week in a nearby secondary clinic (roughly 30 minutes apart) 1:3 phone-only call rotation; low volume, triaged, and travel-friendly (remote call) Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $350,000 Sign-on of $25k and Relocation with receipts, up to $25K 7 weeks PTO + 6 paid federal holidays 401(k) with 6% employer match, full malpractice coverage, and health/dental/vision + life insurance (1x annual salary) Candidate Requirements Board-certified/eligible in Pulmonary Medicine Comfort managing complex outpatient pulmonary patients and coordinating transitions of care Collaborative approach with interest in long-term growth and future leadership opportunities Community & Location Highlights Hudson Valley lifestyle with quick access to NYC (about an hour) for dining, shows, and major events Strong school options and a range of housing-from townhomes to larger properties Four-season recreation nearby: hiking, skiing, boating, and scenic weekend escapes Convenient access to major shopping, dining, and regional airports for easy travel Reach out today to learn more about this opportunity and how it aligns with your career goals.
