Quick Facts Location: 1900 South Main Street, Findlay, OH 45840 Sta 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Open/negotiable Shift: Outpatient, Flexible schedule Hours/week: 40 (adjustable based on schedule choice) Employment Type: Permanent License/Certifications: Ohio Medical License; Board Certified/Board Eligible in Rheumatology Experience: Preference for experienced providers, new grads considered Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00 (Please note: pay details available upon application) Additional Compensation & Bonuses: Base salary of $300,000/year for 40 hours/week, with productivity bonuses up to $500,000/year $50,000 signing bonus Up to $10,000 relocation assistance Loan repayment options (monthly, quarterly, or annual stipends) $5,000 annual CME & certification support 248 hours paid time off (vacation, holidays, CME) Benefits Include: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and malpractice insurance 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match (from year two) Sick time accrual up to 600 hours Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws What You’ll Do Provide outpatient rheumatology care at the BVHS Wellness Park Customize your schedule: full-time, part-time, or week-on/week-off Manage your own patient mix and age groups Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care Participate in weekly CME and Mayo Clinic Care Network programs Utilize Cerner EMR for inpatient and outpatient documentation Engage in optional teaching opportunities for students and trainees Leverage Mayo Clinic resources: eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert Work with a supportive team, including hospitalist support for inpatient needs What You Need Valid Ohio medical license Board Certified or Eligible in Rheumatology Proven experience in outpatient clinical settings preferred Strong communication and collaborative skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Findlay, Ohio, that values provider autonomy, clinical excellence, and professional development.
