Doctor of Medicine | Surgery - General/Other Location: Selma, AL Employer: Curative Pay: $400,000 to $600,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position General Surgeon | Alabama Join an established surgical program in South Central Alabama serving a regional referral base with limited local competition. Position Highlights One employed surgeon Broad case mix including general surgery, minimally invasive surgery, and endoscopy No case restrictions Flexible call schedule with a minimum of 10 call days per month Dedicated OR block time available every weekday Six operating rooms with additional OR access as needed Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Guaranteed base salary plus negotiable wRVU productivity bonus Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable up to $75,000 Relocation assistance available Student loan assistance available Retention bonus Paid time off CME allowance Malpractice coverage with tail coverage Retirement: 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Reimbursement: Licensing and credentialing reimbursement Candidate Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon J-1 visa sponsorship available Live & Work in South Central Alabama Located along the Alabama River, South Central Alabama offers a community setting with access to outdoor recreation, water activities, and the surrounding region.
