Doctor of Medicine | Surgery - Orthopedic Location: Davenport, IA Employer: Rhino Medical Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Davenport, Iowa Orthopedic Surgeon (Total Joints / Adult Reconstruction) Permanent Opportunity Premier adult reconstruction and total joint program with dedicated OR access and robust support Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a board-certified or eligible Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in total joints and adult reconstruction for a permanent role supporting a new, high-volume orthopedic practice in Davenport, Iowa. This opportunity offers the chance to shape a growing program within a well-supported, collaborative environment focused on complex primary and revision joint arthroplasty. Opportunity Highlights Location: Davenport, Iowa Employment Type: Permanent Setting: Level III Trauma Center, adult reconstruction/total joint program Practice includes complex primary and revision joint arthroplasty Shared call rotation: 1:8 evenings/weekends Dedicated OR access and APP support Multispecialty care team (anesthesiology, hospitalists, primary care, rehab) Clinical Scope Complex primary joint arthroplasty (total joints/adult reconstruction) Revision joint arthroplasty Total joints and revision work Requirements MD/DO; ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty (preferred) Eligible for Iowa licensure Skilled in total joints and revision procedures Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Physicians Move on This Building a new adult reconstruction program with growth potential High-volume cases from a strong referral base Collaborative multispecialty environment supporting complex arthroplasty Stable, predictable schedule with shared call Rhino Medical is committed to supporting long-term relationships and providing transparent, clinician-focused service.
