Doctor of Medicine | Surgery - Vascular Location: Monroe, LA Employer: Curative Pay: $600,000 to $650,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Join a growing vascular surgery program at a well-established hospital in Northern Louisiana. This opportunity offers a streamlined practice model, dedicated support, and the ability to provide comprehensive vascular care within a collaborative, physician-focused environment. Position Highlights Growing vascular surgery program within a respected hospital system 1:4 vascular-only call rotation Practice at one centralized hospital location with an outpatient clinic conveniently located across the street Dedicated vascular support team and collaborative multidisciplinary medical staff Provide a broad range of open surgical and minimally invasive endovascular procedures Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary exceeding $500,000 annually with additional earning potential through productivity Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement plan with employer matching, and paid malpractice insurance with full tail coverage CME allowance and professional development resources Candidate Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible in Vascular Surgery Completion of an ACGME-accredited vascular surgery fellowship Experience with open surgical and minimally invasive endovascular techniques Louisiana medical license or ability to obtain Live & Work in Northern Louisiana Enjoy life in a vibrant university town offering Southern charm, a low cost of living, and a strong sense of community.
