Quick Facts Location: Brattleboro, VT Start Date: 05/29/2026 Shift: Clinic and surgical hours, light call schedule (~7 days/month) Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent Licenses/Certifications: Medical license in Vermont (or eligible), board certification in Urology preferred Experience: Minimum 1 year post-residency experience, no new graduates or LOCUM/locum-to-perm candidates Travel & Reimbursements: Provided when applicable Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: Confirmed hourly rate; total annual salary based on full-time hours) Benefits include: Competitive salary package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time as per law Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements What You’ll Do Diagnose and manage various urologic conditions including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and UTIs Perform surgical procedures in a modern operating suite Conduct hospital and ER consultations, working with other specialists Collaborate with an experienced urologist and nurse practitioner in a team-based setting Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment options Maintain accurate documentation following hospital and professional standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education Support a community-oriented hospital committed to excellent patient care What You Need Active medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensure Board certification in Urology (preferred) Minimum 1 year of post-residency clinical experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team About the Assignment This position is based at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, a community-focused facility committed to providing comprehensive urological care.
