Quick Facts Location: Pueblo, CO Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Clinic and Hospital-Based, typical hours Hours/Week: Full-Time Employment Type: Permanent License/Certs: Board Certified or Eligible in Urology Experience: High-volume practice experience preferred Pay & Benefits Competitive salary from $550,000 to $610,000 annually, based on experience Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Vacation, paid family and medical leave, and holiday pay Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage Robust referral bonus program CME allowance and wellness programs Retirement plan options with employer matching contributions Additional voluntary benefits: FSA, HSA, pet insurance, identity theft protection, employee discounts Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other expenses What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive general urology care for adult patients in outpatient and inpatient settings Diagnose and perform surgical procedures, including robotic surgeries with DaVinci XI systems Collaborate with a team of urologists and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care Participate in hospital call rotation for inpatient consults and emergencies Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR Contribute to continual improvement of urologic services and patient outcomes Engage with leadership and teammates to shape the future of urology at the facility What You Need US medical license suitable for practice in Colorado Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Prior experience in high-volume practices preferred Strong clinical and surgical skills; excellent communication skills Ability to support visa candidates is available About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Pueblo, Colorado, offering a dynamic, fast-paced environment with state-of-the-art robotic technology and a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional patient care.
