Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
nPosition Summary
nWe are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Physician (MD) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive reproductive and preventive healthcare services while delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical environment. The ideal candidate is committed to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based medicine, patient education, and high-quality clinical practice.
nKey Responsibilities
nnProvide comprehensive reproductive and preventive healthcare services.
nPerform physical examinations, diagnose and treat medical conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
nProvide contraceptive management and preventive health screenings.
nEducate patients on health maintenance, wellness, and treatment options.
nCoordinate patient care with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
nProvide clinical oversight to the Family Planning Nurse Practitioner under the Prescriptive Authority Agreement (PAA).
nConduct clinical quality assurance activities, including provider chart audits.
nEnsure compliance with all applicable federal and state grant requirements.
nAssist in developing and implementing clinical protocols and evidence-based practices.
nMaintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
n nMinimum Qualifications
nEducation
nnDoctor of Medicine (MD) degree from a medical school accredited by the American Medical Association (AMA).
n nLicensure
nnCurrent, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Texas.
nValid Texas Driver's License.
n nExperience
nnMinimum of two (2) years of experience practicing as a physician in the United States.
n nPreferred Skills
nnStrong clinical judgment and diagnostic abilities.
nExcellent communication and patient education skills.
nCommitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
nAbility to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
nKnowledge of reproductive health, preventive medicine, and family planning services.
nStrong organizational and documentation skills.
