- Seeking a distinguished mid-career or senior adult cardiac surgeon with outstanding technical expertise and a sustained record of clinical excellence\ N
- Lead program development, quality and performance initiatives, faculty recruitment, and strategic growth\ N
- Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing culture within the medical group\ N
- Meaningful academicengagement through an active Cardiothoracic Surgery Residency Program, including resident education, mentorship, and curriculum development\ N
- Academic appointment at two major medical universities commensurate with experience, scholarly achievements, and national standing\ N
- Candidates must demonstrate a sustained record of excellence in adult cardiac surgery with 5+ years of experience as a cardiac surgeon\ N
- Leadership experience within an academic or high-volume clinical program required\ N
- Cardiac Surgery Fellowship required\ N
- Board Certificationrequired\ N
- Active Michigan State license highly preferred\ N
- Required certifications include BLS, DEA, CSR, and CDS\ N
- Previous managementexperience preferred\ N
- Commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration, programmatic growth, surgical education, and mentorship expected\ N
