About the Role \ N Leadership experience strongly preferred
\ N ABEM/AOBEM: board certified or board eligible preferred
\ N Support the facility medical director in overseeing emergency department operations and clinical performance
\ N Provide guidance to theteam to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
\ N Monitor patient outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance care, quality, and efficiency
\ N Champion safety and best practices throughout the ED
