What You ll Do:Collect and prepare blood samples using skin puncture and venipuncture techniques
Verify patient information, label specimens, and ensure proper documentation
Assist medical technologists and/or pathologists with laboratory tests
Maintain laboratory equipment and records following accreditation standards
Ensure a safe, sterile, and infection-free environment during blood draws
Enter patient and specimen data into lab information systems
Support ongoing quality control and laboratory safety protocols
What You Need:
Required:
Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) license
Experience with blood collection techniques and specimen processing
Knowledge of laboratory safety and quality standards
Preferred:
Prior experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting
Familiarity with lab information systems
