Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $40.09 to $60.34 depending on experience

What You ll Do
Provide holistic, patient-centered care in a hospital Medical Surgical unit
Perform physical assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Educate patients and families about health conditions and discharge instructions
Document care activities accurately in electronic medical records
Delegate tasks to appropriate care team members
What You Need
Valid Minnesota RN license
BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC certifications (or willing to obtain within specified timeframes)
Minimum one year of hospital nursing experience
Strong decision-making and communication skills
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused care
