Quick Facts: Location: International Falls, MN Start Date: 10/12/2026 End Date: 01/11/2027 Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts Hours/Week: 36 Employment Type: Full-Time, Perm placement Licenses/Certifications: MN RN License, BCLS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC, PALS (all required within specified timeframes) Experience: Minimum 1-year hospital nursing experience Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $40.09 to $60.34 per hour (based on experience) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical, Dental & Vision coverage options with HSA & FSA Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws PTO package and 401(k) with company match Life & Long-Term Disability insurance Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success What You ll Do: Provide holistic patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting Conduct physical assessments and make clinical decisions Administer medications and treatments as per hospital protocols Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records Delegate tasks to other care team members as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes What You Need: Required: MN RN license Minimum 1-year hospital nursing experience BCLS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC, and PALS certifications (all obtained within required timeframes) Graduation from an accredited nursing program and BSN degree Preferred: Prior experience in medical-surgical units About the Assignment: This position is based in a leading healthcare facility in International Falls, MN, delivering quality medical-surgical care across diverse patient populations. The RN will be engaged in a variety of clinical tasks, supporting patient recovery and ensuring safety and compliance with hospital standards.
