Quick Facts: Location: Brooklyn Center, MN Start Date: As soon as possible Duration: Ongoing / no specified end date Shift: Flexible; typically 8-hour shifts (day shifts) Hours/Week: Varies based on clinic needs Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time (based on availability) Licensing/Certifications: Certification as a Medical Assistant; BLS preferred Experience: Prior clinical experience helpful but not required Pay & Benefits: Pay Package: $22.23 $27.37 per hour (based on experience) Benefits: Health & Welfare benefit packages 401(k) retirement plan options Paid Time Off (PTO) Education/Tuition reimbursement Adoption reimbursement up to $3000 per child Child care discounts 24/7 Fitness center access for eligible team members What You ll Do: Manage patient flow ensuring smooth clinic operations Assist providers with patient rooming, immunizations, injections, and specimen collection Support clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, laboratory testing, and specimen processing Provide excellent customer service at front desk, check-in, and check-out Help with supply management and stock replenishment Support patients with appointment coordination, phone communication, and follow-ups Perform other delegated duties as assigned by supervising clinicians What You Need: Active Medical Assistant certification and basic life support (BLS) certification Previous clinical experience preferred but not mandatory Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Compassionate, patient-focused approach with attention to detail About the Assignment: This position is at a leading healthcare facility in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, providing outpatient pediatric care across diverse patient populations, including infants and geriatrics.
