Quick Facts Location: Minnetonka, MN Start Date: 10/05/2026 Shift: Days, typically Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Permanent Licensure/Certifications: Valid Medical Assistant Certification (CMA), BLS required Experience: Prior clinical experience as a Medical Assistant preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $22.23 $27.37 (based on experience) Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You ll Do Manage patient flow across the clinic and support providers with clinical and clerical tasks Perform standard rooming procedures and assist with immunizations, injections, and medication administration Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic laboratory tests Provide telephone support and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations Stock supplies, maintain patient records, and support front desk operations as needed Ensure quality patient care through supportive, collaborative teamwork What You Need Valid Medical Assistant Certification (CMA) and BLS certification At least 1 year of prior clinical medical assisting experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic healthcare environment Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems About the Assignment You will join a leading healthcare facility committed to delivering excellent patient care.
