This W-2 opportunity is ideal for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician seeking to build meaningful, lasting relationships with patients through a Direct Care model designed to deliver medicine the way it was meant to be practiced. 7 8 PPD - Ample Time for Comprehensive, Personalized Care Starting Base Salary of $250,000 (Guaranteed Salary Increases as your Patient Panel Grows (100, 200, 300, 400, to a Maximum of 500 Patients) Minimal After Hours - Limited to Texts and Calls w/ Your Patient Panel.
