The Opportunity
Must be a 3rd year of a 3-year program or a 4th year of a 4-year program to be eligible.
Current CA state license is a plus.

Imperial Valley Healthcare District – Brawley, California
107-bed facility with a 26-bed Emergency Department.
Annual volume of 48,000 with a 9% admit rate.
Physicians typically reside in the coastal San Diego Region and commute into this rural community.
Block scheduling and on-campus housing available.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
