Job description

Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join a high-performing, collaborative neonatal team serving one of California's busiest delivery regions.

This role offers the ideal blend of community-based practice with the full clinical and subspecialty support of a nationally recognized pediatric health system. Our off-site NICUs allow physicians to build meaningful relationships with their care teams and families while practicing high-acuity neonatal medicine in a more personalized setting.

186 shifts annually

Balanced mix of tertiary acuity and community newborn care

12 hour shifts

Level IV, 84 beds

55 daily census.

Cooling cases of 40 per year, 140 very low baby weight cases.

Take all ages.

Salary Range:

$325,717 - $414,042
