Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist (MD/DO) for a permanent opportunity in Long Beach, California. This position offers the chance to join a collaborative NICU team in a state-of-the-art facility providing advanced neonatal care to a diverse patient population.Permanent MD/DO NeonatologistLocation: Long Beach, CaliforniaKey Responsibilities:Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III/IV NICUAttend high-risk deliveries and provide neonatal resuscitation and stabilizationPerform necessary neonatal procedures including intubation, central line placement, and ventilator managementCollaborate with OB/GYNs, pediatricians, specialists, and NICU nursing staffParticipate in family counseling, quality improvement, and education initiativesQualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal MedicineActive or eligible California medical licenseNRP certification requiredStrong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-based neonatal careExcellent communication and team collaboration abilitiesCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary with productivity incentivesComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Paid time off, CME allowance, and malpractice coverageRelocation assistance availableSupportive leadership and modern NICU infrastructureLong Beach offers the best of Southern California livingoceanfront views, a vibrant arts and dining scene, and close proximity to Los Angeles while maintaining a relaxed coastal lifestyle.
