Job DescriptionA leading healthcare provider in Toms River, NJ is seeking aboard-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist to join a dynamic and growing neonatal team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to newborns in a collaborative, community-based hospital environment.
\ NPosition Highlights:
\ N Provide inpatient neonatal care at Community Medical Center and participate in cross-coverage at a Level IV NICU in New Brunswick as needed.
\ N Mentor and support advanced practice providers, neonatal fellows, residents, and other healthcare team members.
\ N Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and communication to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\ N Participate in departmental research and educational initiatives.
\ N Maintain accurateand timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
\ N Additional clinical coverage may be required through extra shifts or at affiliated sites.
\ N Candidate Requirements:
\ N Board certified or board eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
\ N Fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
\ N Eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey.
\ N Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
\ N Compensation and Benefits:
\ N Anticipated salary range: $265,000 to $379,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
