Shift Type: Rotating Requirements: Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine - REQUIRED GA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exemption, required at presentation Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B?
