Job description
A premier regional referral center serving Southern Oregon and Northern California is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join its established neonatal program in Medford, Oregon.
Position Highlights:
Join a collaborative physician-APP practice model
25-bed Level III NICU with capacity for up to 32 babies
Approximately 350 neonatal patients cared for annually
24/7 neonatal coverage model
Multidisciplinary bedside rounds involving physicians, NNPs, RNs, pharmacy and dietary staff, with additional specialists involved as needed
Regional referral center serving Southern Oregon and Northern California
Dedicated neonatal transport program supporting 9 referring hospitals
Partnership with Oregon Health & Science University
Full-spectrum newborn care oversight across the health system
Diverse acuity mix: approximately 65% Level II, 30% Level III and 5% other neonatal populations
Comprehensive specialty support including maternal-fetal medicine, pediatric oncology, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, neurology, surgery and other subspecialties

Multispecialty medical group with approximately 350 physicians, specialists and APPs
Providers practice across 30 locations throughout Southern Oregon
Broad network of specialty services and hospital resources
Approximately 400 employees supporting the medical group
