Physician – Nephrology in Georgia
Nephrology Candidate Profile
Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist.
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Georgia medical licensure by start date
Practice Size
Physician-owned, physician-led multispecialty group.
More than 700 physicians and 300 associate practitioners across 40+ specialties and 26 medical offices throughout metro Atlanta.
Job Setting
Integrated nephrology practice. Awaiting client meeting to identify size of group, etc.
Mix of inpatient and outpatient nephrology services.
Dialysis management responsibilities
Workweek Schedule
Monday-Friday, full-time position
Call Schedule
Awaiting client meeting
Duties of the Position
Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with acute and chronic kidney disease.
Manage patients with hypertension, electrolyte disorders, glomerular diseases, and other renal conditions.
Coordinate inpatient and outpatient nephrology services, including dialysis management as applicable.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient care accurately and timely within the electronic medical record.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support organizational goals for clinical excellence.

Required Qualifications
MD or DO degree.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology.
Georgia medical license by start date
