Job DescriptionOutpatient Neurologist – Central Pennsylvania\ NBetween Pittsburgh and Harrisburg J-1 & H-1B Visa Candidates Welcome
Clinical Opportunity\ NA large, integrated health system in central Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist for a permanent, outpatient-only position.
\ NYou’ll join a busy, well-established general neurology practice supported by advanced practice providers and experienced administrative staff. This role offers immediate volume from a strong referral network covering six surrounding counties .
\ NNew graduates arewelcome.
Practice Highlights\ N Outpatient neurology only
\ N Monday–Friday schedule
\ N Shared practice call
\ N No inpatient responsibilities
\ N All inpatient care and hospital call covered by a dedicated tele-neurohospitalist team
\ N
Collegial, physician-led environment with strong autonomy
\ N Opportunity to build and grow a general and/or subspecialty focus
\ N Clinical Scope \ N General neurology with exposure to:
\ N Movement disorders
\ N Headache
\ N Epilepsy
Stroke
\ N Cognitive disorders
\ N Neuromuscular disorders
\ N Sleep disorders
\ N
Current providers perform EEGs and EMGs
\ N Work closely withneuro-intervention, stroke, and neurosurgery teams
\ N Hospital is an accredited Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center
\ N Location & Clinic Setting\ N Outpatient clinic located 1.5 miles from the hospital
\ N Medical mall setting including:
\ N Sleep lab
\ N EEG & EMG lab
\ N Radiology
\ N Rehabilitation services
\ N Multiple primary and specialty practices
\ N
EMR: Epic
\ N Clinical (non-academic) appointment
\ N Compensation & Benefits \ N Guaranteed base salary: $300,000 for the first 2 years
\ N Typical annual compensation: $350,000–$500,000
\ N RVU bonus structure
\ N Sign-on bonus: $25,000–$35,000 (based on experience)
\ N Relocation assistance
\ N CME:
\ N $3,000–$3,500 allowance
\ N 5 days / 1 week CME time
\ N
PTO:
\ N 20 days PTO + 7 holidays(or 3 weeks PTO depending on contract structure)
