Job DescriptionWe are seeking a GeneralNeurologist to join a growing rural healthcare team in Berlin, New Hampshire.This is a full-time outpatient opportunity for a physician who valuescommunity-focused care, clinical autonomy, and meaningful patientrelationships.
\ N Position Highlights
\ N Full-Time: 4–4.5 days per week
\ N Outpatient General Neurology
\ N Patient population: Adolescents age 16+ and adults
\ N New and established patients
\ N Broad spectrum of general neurology
\ N On-site diagnostic testing available
\ N Special clinical interests welcomed
\ N Collaborative, multidisciplinary team
\ N Rural Critical Access Hospital setting
\ N Clinical Focus
\ NEvaluate and manage patientswith a variety of neurological conditions, including:
\ N Migraine and headache disorders
\ N Memory loss and cognitive impairment
\ N Essential tremor
Parkinson's disease
\ N Dizziness
Epilepsy
\ N Multiple sclerosis
Polyneuropathy
\ N Responsibilities
\ N Diagnose and manage neurological conditions in an outpatient setting.
\ N Perform medication management and develop individualized treatment plans.
\ N Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
\ N Interpret EEG studies —highly preferred.
\ N Perform and interpret NCS/EMG studies — highly preferred.
\ N Administer Botox injections — highly preferred.
\ N Educate and counsel patients and families.
\ N Coordinate referrals with cardiology, orthopedics, pain management, pulmonology, sleep medicine, therapy, and other specialties.
\ N Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
\ N Qualifications
\ N MD or DO from an accredited medical school
\ N Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
\ N Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
\ N Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
\ N 2–5 years of General Neurology experience preferred
\ N Recent graduates with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply
\ N Comfortable practicing in a rural setting
\ N Strong communication and teamwork skills
\ N Compensation & Benefits
