\ N MD/DO from an accredited medical school
\ N Accredited Neurology Residency Program completion
\ N Accredited fellowship completion is an asset, not a requirement\ N Open to recent fellowship-trained physicians

American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Neurology
\ N Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
\ N DEA certification
