Permanent Outpatient Neurology Position near Douglasville, GA We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologist to join a thriving outpatient practice located near Douglasville, GA. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment with a focus on general neurology, while also providing the potential to sub-specialize.

Work Setting: Outpatient Only
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
On-Call Requirements: After-hours call to support clinic patients only
Structure of the Position: Team Composition: Join a team consisting of a board-certified neurologist and a nurse practitioner. This collaborative environment ensures comprehensive patient care and professional support.
Clinic-Based: The practice is focused exclusively on outpatient care, providing a predictable work schedule with no inpatient responsibilities.
General Neurology: The role involves practicing general neurology, with opportunities to sub-specialize based on interests and expertise.
EMR System: The practice utilizes the EPIC EMR system for efficient patient management and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide high-quality neurological care in an outpatient setting, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of a variety of neurological conditions.
Clinic Hours: Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
On-Call Duties: Be available for after-hours calls to support clinic patients, ensuring continuity of care.
Job Requirements: Qualifications: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology.
Licensure: Must have or be eligible for medical licensure in Georgia.
Experience: While prior experience in outpatient neurology is preferred, recent graduates with relevant training are also encouraged to apply.
