Neurologist - Memory Disorder | Banner University Medical Group - Tucson

Banner - University Medical Group Tucson and the Department of Neurology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist with interest or subspecialty training in Cognitive Neurology, Behavioral Neurology, or Memory Disorders to join our growing clinical faculty.

This is a unique opportunity to join a nationally recognized program supporting the Banner Alzheimer's Institute (BAI) and its expanding footprint in Southern Arizona. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and advancing a comprehensive memory disorders program focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal care of patients with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.

Position Highlights:

* Primarily outpatient-focused practice in memory disorders and cognitive neurology

* Evaluate and manage patients with Alzheimer's disease, mild cognitive impairment, Lewy body dementia, and related neurodegenerative conditions

* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care model including neurology, geriatrics, psychiatry, neuropsychology, and care navigation

* Opportunity to participate in clinical research, clinical trials, and innovative care models through Banner Alzheimer's Institute

* Faculty appointment with the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson commensurate with experience

* Engage in teaching and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows

Minimum Qualifications:

* Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurology

* Fellowship training or clinical experience in Cognitive/Behavioral Neurology, Geriatric Neurology, or related field preferred

* Interest in outpatient memory disorders and longitudinal patient care

* Commitment to academic medicine, teaching, and multidisciplinary collaboration
