Schedule: Call 1:6; block OR time provided

Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurosurgery
Fellowship training in spine surgery preferred
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Ability to manage high surgical volume and complex spine cases
Commitment to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care
Eligible to work in the United States
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Performing spine surgeries at Trinity Health Chelsea Hospital (103‑bed) and Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital (537‑bed, Level I trauma center)
Participating in multidisciplinary care for complex neurosurgical and spine patients
Collaborating with PAs, RNs, and other support staff to provide excellent patient care
Utilizing state‑of‑the‑art technology including O‑Arm, Leica microscopes, stealth navigation, and CyberKnife
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives and clinical trials related to spine devices
Supporting a culture of camaraderie and mentorship within the neurosurgery team

Practice Support
5 PAs take first call
3 RNs assist with patient calls and wound care
Expected surgical cases: 150 in year one, ~300 once fully established
