Seeking an IM/FP or Geri Physician to work in Post Acute care unit in Suffolk county NY # 3267 Just 50 miles to NYC mid island in Suffolk county NY close to Smithtown Full time M-F 8AM-5PM with phone call only Post Acute care facility will consider a new grad or experienced work with a team of healthcare professionals Facility offers LTC, Short Term Rehab and more.
