Physician - Primary Care
Job Details:
Primary Care Physician position serving patients 18 and over in an established outpatient practice setting
Primary practice location in Newington with supplemental clinical time in West Hartford, Connecticut
100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care setting
Full-time position with a 4-day, 4/10 hybrid schedule (weekdays only)
Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians encouraged to apply
Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal available
Established mentorship and orientation programs specially designed for newly hired providers and providers new to practice
