\ N Position: Nocturnist - Hospital Medicine
\ N Assignment Type: Permanent (PERM)
\ N Start Date: As soon as possible
\ N Setting: Hospital
\ N Schedule & Call: \ N Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (Changeover on Tuesday)
\ N Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
\ N Call: No call required
\ N Practice Model & Patient Care: \ N Increased census coverage with 3 MDs + 1 APP for two (2) rotating teams during the day
\ N 1 MD on the rotating team during the night shift
\ N ICU Coverage: Open ICU model until the addition of Pulmonary & Critical Care physicians
\ N 24/7 Tele-Intensivist support
\ N Technology & EMR: \ N EMR System: Meditech
\ N Compensation & Benefits: \ N Highly Competitive Base Salary: $375K
\ N Sign-On Bonus: $50K
\ N Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10K
\ N Student Loan Assistance: $30K ($10K per year) if applicable
\ N Paid Time Off &CME Time Off: Competitive PTO package
\ N CME Allowance: $5,500 for annual CME, dues, and licensure reimbursement
