What We Offer:
A thriving OB/GYN Practice
An average of 80 deliveries per month
Deliveries take place at a Level II Trauma Center just 2 miles from our out-patient clinic
1 in 5 hospital call with partial midwife support
State-of-the-art ultrasound on site
MFM on staff to read OB ultrasounds and provide high-risk patient consults through telehealth also available as resource to providers via phone
C-section rate is less than 20%
Only practice in the region offering TOLAC
Full-scope gyn care, including menopausal hormonal and transgender therapies
GYN Surgeries including robotic surgeries
Support team include RNs, CMAs, on site ultra sonographer’s experienced in high risk OB scans, and on-site English/Spanish medical interpreter
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive total compensation package that features a starting base salary of $280,000 annually, complemented by an initial sign-on bonus and a location-based stipend.
Comprehensive benefits package including, providing new employees with 30 days paid time off and 9 paid holidays in their first year of employment, which continues to increase with tenure.
With a HPSA score of 21 you may qualify for various programs offering up to $250,000 in loan forgiveness over 6 years.

To join our clinical team, you need the following qualifications:
Have earned an MD or DO degree and completed an OBGYN residency
Board eligible or board certified
Have or able to obtain an unrestricted Arizona License and DEA
Approval to hospital medical staff for OB deliveries and GYN Surgeries
Have a preference for or experience in an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility

Elk Ridge Community Health requires all AZ employees to have a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card. A.R.S. . New hires and transfers must submit their fingerprint clearance card or fingerprint receipt before their hire date or transfer date. Level One (1) Non-IVP Fingerprint Clearance card must be received within 30 days after the new employee hire date or transfer date.
All employees are strongly recommended to obtain and maintain vaccination status (i.e., as recommended by CDC and/or other public health agencies) to include an Influenza vaccination. Subject to exemptions and accommodations when required by law. (Policy: Adm-016 & Adm-045).
