Job description
Apple Valley Health Center Full Time Hours: Monday 8:30AM-5:30PM, Tuesday-Friday 8AM-5PM, Rotate 1 Saturday per Month for 4 hours Weekday Off if Working Saturday Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 17 daily goal Call Schedule: Minimal to None Loan Repayment Compensation: $242k-$314k plus - 3% - 5% Annual Merit Increases Benefits: - Possible Avenue for Loan Repayment- Medical and Dental Paid by Employer- Vision- Discounted Vision with CHSI Optometry Department - FSA - HSA - 403b - Optional Term Life Insurance- Basic Life and AD&D Paid by Employer- Long Term Disability - Employee Assistance Program- Voluntary Options Include Accident Insurance, Critical Health Events Insurance, Universal Life with Long Term Care Insurance, Basic Life and AD&D- 5 Sick Days, 2 Week's Vacation, 9 Paid Holidays- Paid Malpractice - Reimbursement for Professional Licenses- 1 Week CME plus $2,000 Annual Allowance Additional Info: - Bilingual in Spanish is preferred and a huge plus.-Travel to other sites in may be required for training; Mileage will be reimbursed.- We are recognized by the NCQA as a level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home. -Supervision of assigned Nurse Practitioners including monthly chart audits. - EMR: Nextgen-Common procedures performed include LARC procedures( IUD/Nexplanon insertion/removals),endometrial biopsies, Colpo or Cryo procedures, fetal biometry, pap smears, HPV testing, pelvic exams, vulvar or vaginal biopsy, cervical polyp removals, infection testing, breast exams
