Quick Facts Location: Sullivan, MO (751 Sappington Bridge Road) Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: Full-time, outpatient and inpatient duties Hours/Week: This position involves a shared call schedule; typical work hours align with hospital operations Employment Type: Full-Time Licensure/Certifications: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/GYN Experience: Minimum required relevant clinical experience preferredPay & Benefits Compensation: Guaranteed salary starting at $425,000 annually, plus productivity incentives Signing Bonus: $75,000 to support your transition Resident/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month for recent graduates Student Loan Assistance: $125,000 paid over six years Visa Sponsorship: J1 visa sponsorship available for international candidates Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance (commencing day one); retirement plans including 401(k), pension, or 403(b); malpractice insurance with tail coverage Additional Perks: CME allowance, paid time off, relocation assistance, and a collaborative work environmentWhat You'll Do Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care across outpatient clinics and hospital inpatient settings Manage a diverse patient panel with obstetric, gynecologic, surgical, and preventative services Conduct inpatient hospital rounds and coordinate care with hospitalists as needed Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotic-assisted procedures Lead and mentor support staff and advanced practice providers Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with hospital policies Engage in professional development through CME and continuing education Participate in shared call schedule, ensuring excellent after-hours coverage Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to maintain top hospital and departmental standards Support community health efforts in a rural, underserved area offering comprehensive healthcare servicesWhat You Need Valid medical license in Missouri or eligible for licensure Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered careAbout the Assignment
