Downtown Health Center Full Time Employed New Graduates Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus: $40000 Compensation: Base salary starts at $246,841 Benefits: - Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more)- 401K retirement plan- Student loan repayment for eligible employees (FQHC)- 28 paid days off each year- 5 days of CME/year plus $4,000/year for professional expenses- Occurrence-based malpractice insurance coverage (FTCA)- No restrictive covenant Additional Info: Provides comprehensive OB/GYN care for HealthNet and Methodist Hospital patients across outpatient clinics and inpatient settings. Responsibilities include diagnostics, procedures, consultations, referrals, screenings, preventive care, and patient education. Maintains concise, accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation and uses health-literacy methods when communicating. Performs daily hospital rounds, writes progress notes, and oversees residents, midwives, NPs, and students while supporting high-quality teaching. Participates in peer review, quality assurance, and provider audits; maintains punctuality, timely follow-up, and infection control. Supports community outreach through presentations, board events, and professional networking as needed.
