Job description
We are seeking a BE/BC OBGYN Physician to join a well-established practice in northwest Indiana, offering a high-volume, collaborative environment with strong physician and advanced practice provider support.
Position Highlights:
Established OB/GYN practice with strong physician and APP collaboration
Full-time, flexible schedule supporting work-life balance
Shared call rotation among 7 physicians
Average volume: outpatient visits/day and 6 7 deliveries/month
Access to Level III NICU, onsite MFM, ultrasound, and lactation support
Opportunity for robotic surgery (Da Vinci preferred)
Experienced clinical and administrative support team
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based care model
Interest in building long-term relationships within the community
Proficiency in Da Vinci Robotic surgeries is preferred
