Job description
Join an established, high-volume OB-GYN practice in Crown Point, Indiana, working with experienced physicians and advanced practice providers in a supportive environment that prioritizes teamwork and work-life balance.
Position Snapshot Flexible, full-time clinic schedule
Shared call rotation with 7 other physicians
Average outpatient volume: 20"25 patients per day
Average inpatient volume: varies
Average deliveries: 6"7 per month
Level III NICU staffed by Lurie Childrens Hospital neonatologists
Onsite MFM support
Collaboration with advanced practice providers and certified nurse midwives
Onsite ultrasound and lactation consultant
Proficiency/interest in Da Vinci robotic surgery preferred
Strong clinical support staff and collegial team culture
Candidate Profile Board Eligible/Board Certified OB-GYN (MD/DO)
Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented, comfortable collaborating with APPs and midwives

Qualifications Doctorate (MD or DO)
Unrestricted physician license (or eligibility)
Board Certification/Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association) upon hire
