Locum to Permanent MD/DO OB/GYNLocation: Des Moines, IowaMomentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN (MD/DO) for a locum to permanent opportunity in Des Moines, Iowa. This position offers a flexible transition from locum to full-time, allowing providers to experience the practice and community before committing permanently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care in inpatient and outpatient settingsManage prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care, including high-risk obstetrcsPerform gynecologic procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive techniquesParticipate in call rotation and collaborate with experienced support staff and specialistsQualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and GynecologyEligible for Iowa medical licensureStrong clinical and surgical skillsExcellent communication and patient care skillsAssignment & Transition Details:Competitive locum daily rate with travel, lodging, and malpractice coveredOpportunity to transition into a full-time permanent roleFull-time offer includes competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, malpractice with tail, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistanceJoin a well-supported team in Des Moines, IA, a thriving capital city known for its affordability, excellent schools, and vibrant community.
