Job description
Seeking a BC/BE Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join a growing women s health program in Southern Maine, providing full-spectrum inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care in a collaborative, hospital-based practice. Position Highlights: Full-scope OB/GYN practice including obstetrics, gynecology, and surgical care Manage both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies with approximately 900 annual deliveries Perform a range of surgical procedures including C-sections, hysterectomies, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery Dedicated GYN robotic surgery time available Collaborative team environment working alongside midwives, residents, medical students, and multidisciplinary staff Level II NICU with in-house pediatric hospitalist support No night call required due to established nocturnist coverage Shared daytime call model in a supportive clinical structure Opportunity to teach and work with learners in an academic-supported community setting Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary with productivity incentives Sign-on bonus available (eligibility and terms discussed during interview) Relocation assistance available Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and CME allowance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Potential student loan repayment assistance Location Highlights: Enjoy an exceptional quality of life in a vibrant New England community just north of Portland, offering a rare blend of affordability, four-season outdoor recreation, and easy access to coastal and mountain destinations.
