Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered COVERAGE DATES Aug 28, 2026 Sep 3, 2026 Sep 14, 2026 Sep 20, 2026 Dec 7, 2026 Dec 13, 2026 Dec 21, 2026 Dec 27, 2026 PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: 12 clinic/1-2 hospital Admissions: 1-2 Rounding: Both FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Cerner Support Staff: MAs: 1, PA/NPs: 2, Office Staff: 1 PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: Yes REQUIRED PROCEDURES Required Low risk pregnancy FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE Routine delivery: Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section Complicated delivery: C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc. Surgical gynecology (Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible Certifications: BLS Duties & Responsibilities Provide call coverage for Obstetrics and Gynecology emergencies during assigned shifts (6pm-6pm). Conduct prenatal visits and manage clinic patients on weekdays. Perform routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections and vaginal deliveries. Provide gynecological surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and open surgeries. Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
