Obstetrician & Gynecologist Kearney, NE Inpatient Coverage at Leading Facility Join a dedicated team providing critical OB/GYN inpatient care in Kearney, Nebraska. Quick Facts Location: Kearney, NE Start Date: 10/10/2026 Shift: 24-hour on-call coverage (including 4 hours gratis) Duration: Ongoing coverage as needed Hours/Week: Variable based on schedule Employment Type: Locum/Temporary License/Certs: Active medical license, OB/GYN certification Experience: Preferred: 2+ years in OB/GYN practice Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: Competitive hourly pay (specific rate discussed upon application) Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure and travel reimbursements, robust referral bonus program, 24/7 support team What You ll Do Provide inpatient OB/GYN care, including daily rounds on admitted patients Respond promptly to emergency department calls for precipitous deliveries (vaginal and C-section) Consult on gynecology cases and provide treatment as needed Perform OB/GYN procedures such as diagnosis and management of pregnancy-related conditions Conduct abdominal and vaginal surgical procedures related to women's health Participate in 24/7 on-call coverage, ensuring timely patient care Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver quality patient outcomes What You Need Required: Valid medical license and OB/GYN certification Comfort with all OB/GYN procedures Ability to be on-call and respond swiftly to emergencies Preferred: Past experience with inpatient OB/GYN care Ability to handle high-acuity cases and perform surgical interventions About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Kearney, Nebraska, providing much-needed OB/GYN services in a regional hospital setting.
