Looking for a Locum that can cover Weekday call in the hospital. Prefer local if available.Clean Malpractice is required due to credentialing timeframe for Dec datesDates:-Dec 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25thDec 27th, 28th, and 29th. On call 7am- 7amHospital call is 7 a.m. to 7 a.m. on the dates assigned. Specialty Needed - OB GYNWill you accept Multiple providers - 1-2 providers Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital - 7 a.m. - 7 a.m. Hospital CallWhat are the days for Call - Weekday and WeekendWhat Time does the Call start - 7 a.m.What Time does Call end - 7 a.m.What support staff is available - RNAge of patients - teens - 80Number of patients seen per day in clinic - 15 - 25 depending on the dayWhat is the Number of phone Consults - less than 5 in 72 hoursBoard Certified or Board Eligible -eitherIs Fellowship required - yesReason For Need -Provider leavingHow Long Does Credentialing Take -3 - 6 monthsAre Temp Privileges Granted - yesTravel and Lodging (is there a Corp Rate somewhere?)noRounding - yesAverage Number of Admissions per shift -1 or less
