Job Overview Dates Needed: Will consider multiple candidates to fill schedule ongoing 10/2 - 10/5 11/12 - 11/16 11/19 - 11/23 12/3 - 12/7 12/24 - 12/30 Setting: Inpatient/outpatient Patient Volume: Facility average 20 delivers per month Job Details: Average 20 deliveries per month Number of weeks gestation Santiam delivers at: 36 weeks for healthy babies High-Risk deliveries are sent to Salem or Portland and they have TeleMed for PEDS/INCU and emergency C-sections Group too Solo 24-hour Call Coverage needed Friday (7am) Monday (7am) Required Procedures: C-sections and D&Cs (they dont do VBACs) NICU: No Team: (1) OBGYN, (1) Certified Nurse Midwife In the OR, the CRNA takes care of Mom/Baby, Family MD takes care of Baby, OBGYN takes care of Mom
