Sioux Falls, SD Full Time Hours: 4 Day Work Week Dedicated Surgery Day Employed Average Patients seen: 15 Call Schedule: 1:4 Compensation: $433,000 income guarantee with a $150,000 retention incentive - not taxed until employment beginsStrong package for a community-based OB/GYN role with moderate delivery volume, schedule balance, and no state income tax to increase take-home value.
